🇬🇧 🤝 🇵🇸 On June 18, 2025, two activists from the group Palestine Action infiltrated RAF Brize Norton, the United Kingdom’s largest Royal Air Force base, and carried out what the government is calling a serious act of sabotage.

The activists reportedly entered the base using electric scooters and, undetected by security, approached two aircraft, including the VIP-configured Airbus Voyager “Vespina” (registration ZZ336, operated by No. 10 Squadron as the primary transport for the Prime Minister and Royal Family) and a second tanker from the RAF’s Voyager fleet (operated by No. 101 Squadron.

They sprayed red paint into the engines and used crowbars to damage critical components, rendering both aircraft temporarily inoperable. The group later claimed responsibility and stated the attack was intended to protest British military support for Israel.
